In 1973 he placed second in
the county project book
contest and also was the
secretary on the
parllmentary procedure
which placed second in the
state contest. In 1974 he was
the secretary on the team
which placed first in the
county, first in the area, first
in the region and first in the
state.
His FFA program consists
of a 12 head of registered
Holstein cattle, 8 hogs, 5
acres of com, 5 acres of
alfalfa, 8 acres of wheat, and
6 acres of grain sorghun.
Shawn was a delegate to
the national FFA convention
in 1972 and'also in 1974 when
he received the chapter Gold
Emblem Award.
He cooperates in baling the
chapter’s hay and plowing,
disking, and planting the
chapter corn.
In July of ’74 he attended
the National Leadership
Training Conference in
Alexandria, Virginia. During
the summer he participated
in the summer camping trip
enjoying waterskiing and
boating. As one of the highest
orange salesmen in 1973 he
went to New York City to see
a Christmas program at
Radio City Music Hall.
Richard L. Kreitzer
Richard L. Kreitzer, son of
Mr. and Mrs. Ephraim E.
Kreitzer, Lebanon, RD3. A
senior at Northern Lebanon
High School. He is enrolled in
the Vocational Agriculture
course and has been active in
the FFA four years. In 1971-
72 school year, he was
Assistant Treasurer in the
Richard Kreitzer
Northern Lebanon
local chapter. The 1972-73
and 1973-74 school years he
served as treasurer of the
local chapter and currently
is serving as vice president
of the local chapter and
Treasurer of the Lebanon
County FFA Chapter. His
various activities included
placing first in the project
book contest in 1972-73 and
73-74 school years. He also
participated at Penn State in
Poultry Judging for the past
two years. In 1972, he was a
chapter delegate at the
National Convention- in
Kansas City, Mo. In the past
three years he attended all of
the leadership training
conferences in the local area
and in 1974 he attended the
National Leadership
Training Conference in
Washington DC. He also
participated in the camping
trips and other recreational
activities and participated in
the track team for the past
three years. He served as
ptam of the Basketball and
Baseball teams for two
years. He also served as
chairman of citrus fruit sales
for the past three years and
was one of the top 3 salesmen
each year.

Otis Astle
Otis Astle is a Senior at
Oxford High School. Otis is
presently holding the office
of Student Advisor of the
Oxford FFA chapter, he also
represents the Oxford
Chapter at the County
Chapter FFA as Vice-
President.
He is now employed on a '
337 acre dairy farm with his
father. They are now milking
56 cows and hope to be
milking more in the years to
come.
Some of his FFA Activities
for the past four years are as
follows: Parlimentary
Procedure team, Banquet
Committee, Donkey
Basketball Committee,
Chairman of Citrus Sales,
Summer Picnic, Planting
trees for the Water Com
pany, member of the rope
pulling contest at Solanco,
and he is also recreation
Chairman for this year.
Otis Astle is the son of Mr.
and Mrs. Otis Astle of RDI,
Oxford.
Robert L. Shoff
Robert L. Shoff is an 18
year old senior at Oxford
Area High School, where he
has been active in Vocational
Agriculture (Vo Ag) for four
years under the supervision
of D. Kenneth Thompson and
Scott S. Gold 11.
During his 4 years in the

Vo Ag Dept., his activities
have included: Citrus Sales,
Donkey Basketball, Tug of
War Contests and he has
been to Penn State for an
interview contest (he has
taken part m the interview
contest for 3 years.) He also
is a member of the Holstein
Freisian Association!
Recently he has received
the Keystone Farmer Award
which he will receive at the
Farm Show in January.
Bob’s major projects in Vo
Ag have been work ex
perience and a dairy calf. He
plans on dairy farming for a
vocation.
Robert Shoff lives with his
guardians, Mr. and Mrs.
Thorton Weaver at RD3,
Oxford.

My name is Joe Neyman. I
am a member of the Oxford
Chapter of the Future
Farmers of America. lam
the treasurer of our chapter
and County Sentinel. I have
received Foundation Awards
for: Agricultural Mechanics,
Farm Safety, Dairy
Production, Proficiency in
Agriculture and $lO.OO for
high scholastic standing. I
am a Senior at Oxford Area
High School and I am
planning to stay with far
ming when I graduate.
Joseph Neyman is the son
of Mr. and Mrs. William
Neyman of RD3, Oxford.
Dennis Breckbill
Dennis Breckbill is a
member of the Oxford FFA
Chapter. His activities
consist of Sales 1973, Dairy
judging 1974 at FFA days at
Penn State, guest at In
terstate Convention, Citrus
Sales and selling tickets for
Donkey Basketball games.
In shop he has built a
picmc table, hay wagon and
dump cart.
He is the son of Mr. and
Mrs. Richard Breckbill of
Oxford RDI which lives on a
150 acre dairy farm with 70

During the past three
years his farming project
consists of crop farming corn
and soybeans and has
several Holstein animals.
Dennis Breckbill is the son
of Mr. and Mrs. Richard
Breckbill RDI, Oxford.
Ronald Hershey
Ron Hershey is Vice-
President of the Oxford FFA
Chapter at Oxford Area High
School. Ron is also
Treasurer of the Chester
County FFA.
Activities in the chapter
include: parlimentry pro
cedure, citrus sales, FFA
activities at Penn State
