the Lampeter Fair.
Nelson explained that he
had enjoyed being in FFA
and appreciated the op

made available to him
through the program.
“I’ve learned how to take

keep records that I know will
help me in the future.”

done in an efficient manner
which has been helpful.”

VT'T
Nelson is one of the almost
100 young men in the
souteastem Pennsylvania
area to be selected to receive
the FFA Keystone Farmer
degree for his year. For all
these young people it has
meant a great deal of effort
and extra hours of work on
projects that have ranged
from dairy animals to small
engines and agribusiness
ventures.
As we congratulate these
young men and women we
should remember the others
in the background who have
also given a helping hand -
the parents and agricultural
instructors who always help
to make FFA a success.
FARMING IS BETTER
WITH BADGER
Nelson Martin, Honeybrook, is no stranger to farm
work. Along with a part time job working on a dairy
farm, Nelson also gives his parents a hand with their
dairy operation.
Nobody knows a farmer’s money problems
