Kelly, sales director. The new department will coordinate all sales, product and dealer training activities for the firm in North America. It will also work with other departments in the Marketing Division to meet specialized training needs. Conestoga St., New Holland, marketing training manager, who will be primarily responsible for sales training. Training managers at the company’s branch offices in the U.S. and Canada will also report to Schreiber. Kelly said that as the company and its product line continue to grow, so does the magnitude of the training job, especially in the sales, product and dealer management areas. The new department, he said, will place special emphasis on these areas to help assure the company’s future marketing success. Responsibility for acquisitions, previously assigned to Schreiber, has been transferred to Irvin E. Aal, 1129 Old Eagle Rd., Lancaster, market development projects director. Schreiber joined the company in 1948 as a field service supervisor and has since served as a service instructor, field service supervisor, product manager for balers, product development manager and new products director.
