Boyd, has been honored by the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for his work over the past two years as executive director of the House Committee on Health and Welfare. Boyd is the son of Elmer Boyd, Ephrata Rl, and a former 4-H’er and par ticipated in the International Farm Youth Exchange program. From 1966 to 1972, he was 4-H program director for the American-Korean Foundation in Seoul, Korea.
