were sent to every high
school in Lancaster County.

Judges for the competition
were Grant Heilman, a noted
photographer from Lititz,
Syd Radinovsky, Millersville
State College, and Henry
Hertzler, a photographer
for the Lancaster New Era.
Because there were only a
few. entries, only two prizes
were awarded in the un
sightly category. Second
place, with a cash award of
$25, went to Eric Haas, 242
W. Ferdinand St., Manheim.
Both first place winners
went home with $35 in prize
money.
