highest lactation of the month. C Beauty produced 984 pounds
of butter fat with 22,950 pounds of milk and had a 4.3 percent
Crisco, in the herd of John Umble was second high with 900
pounds of butterfat, 22,404 pounds of milk and had a 4.0
percent test.
The herd of Robert E. Pepple recorded the highest herd
average with 1.87 pounds of fat. Jefferson Yoder’s herd was
second high with 1.81 pounds of fat.
