Honan, general manager of Inter-State Milk Producers’ Cooperative, announced Tuesday during the 57th annual cooperative meeting in Philadelphia. “Court action threatens the future activity of two others. The economic failure of two Pennsylvania based dairy cooperatives and the financial problems of a third raise questions by dairy cooperative members of their financial respon sibilities and the apparent inability of dairy cooperatives to muster total cooperation between and among themselves continues to be with us,” Honan con tinued.
