Carcass beef, lamb, calf
and veal all moving on the
slow side, demand generally
poor for all meat items. Most
trade members report very
little interest due in past to
continued liberal federally
inspected slaughter of cattle
coupled with up-coming
holiday next week. Prices
generally unchanged for all
meats but definite weak
undertone prevailed.
