The Antibiotic Problem
All too often I get the
question: “what do I do with
a tank of rejected milk?” It’s
tough to be shut off from the
dairy for the required
number of days because
some of your milk reacted to
the antibiotic sensitivity
test. But can you really ask
for any pity under the cir
cumstances?

pressing concern about an
increasing incidence of
antibiotic residues in milk
