A cow in the herd of Reu Hel Farms, Inc. had the highest butterfat production
record for the month of September. Sun produced 909 pounds of butterfat with
21,064 pounds of milk.
Second high was Roxy, in the herd of George Troutman, Jr. She produced 907
pounds of butterfat with 20,451 pounds of milk.
High honors in the herd summary averages went to Charles Plushanski with a
production per cow per day at 1.80. Ernest C, Hoffman had second high
production records with 1.77.
