New England: Week begins cool with rain along coast and
occasional showers inland; nor’easter expected latter part
with heavy coastal rain and surf.
Greater New York-New Jersey: First part of week cloudy and
cool with intermittent light rain; end of week moderate rain.
Middle Atlantic Coastal: Partly cloudy and cool to start, then
possible shower; end of week clear and warm with scattered
showers.
Southeast Coastal-Piedmont; Early week cloudy and cool; end
of week clear and warm.
Florida: Showers to start, then clear and very warm to end
of week.
Upstate and Western New York-Toronto & Montreal: Mostly
