Add water to cover. Cover, bang
to boiling point. Keduce heat and
cook 4 hours or until meat is
tender. Remove from water and

whole clove; set aside Mix 4 tea
spoons powdered mustard with 4
teaspoons warm water, let stand
for 10 minutes for flavor to de
velop. Add Vt cup dark corn

and Vi teaspoon ground allspice,

mixture over meat Bake in a pre
heated slow oven (325*F) 20
minutes Spoon remaining syrup

or until corned beef is glazed and
