N.H. and reflect trading prices for gradeable nest run eggs.
(GNR) on ECI, a nationwide trading center for producers,
packers and marketers. GNR eggs are classified by weight in
30-dozen cases, and traded in lots of either 300 or 750 cases.
Prices are FOB buyers dock, and are computed Tuesday and

The annual Make It
Yourself With Wool
(MIYWW) contest is now
officially open in Penn
sylvania with exciting new
rule changes.
In 1971 the contest rules
were changed to include
hand knit and crocheted
garments and m 1972 young
men were first admitted,
competing on equal basis
with young women.
This year for the first time.
Wool blend fabrics of no less
than 70 percent wool and no
more than 30 percent other
fibers are being allowed. The
other fibers may be man
made or natural fibers such
as cotton or silk.
Also for the first time,
imported fabrics are being
admitted.

Growers, additional award

developing the home-sewing
and hand-crafts.
The contest in Penn
sylvania involves com
petition in each of 11
districts, the junior and
senior winners of which
travel to the state contest.
The top winner at the state
competition will then travel
directly to San Antonio,
Texas in January to compete
at the National Finals.
Judging by competent
persons at each level is
based on the contestants’
skill in sewing or knitting; in
making garments properly
coordinated in color, design
and texture for her-his own
figure and coloring; in
selecting fashions suitable to
her-his age and activities;
and on modeling the gar
ments submitted.
