A cow in the herd of Jacob K. Stoltzfus had the
production record in Chester County for the month of August.
Storm produced 22,273 pounds of milk with 877 pounds of fat
and recorded a 3.9 percent test.
Second high records went to Robin in the herd of Earl M.
Weir. She produced 22,036 pounds of milk with 717 pounds of
fat and recorded a 3.3 percent test.
The herd of J. Elmer Lapp recorded the highest average
daily production per cow with the herd of Donald Hostetter,
Jr. placing second. Richard BreckbilTs herd also placed high
in the daily production averages.
