New England: Pleasant to midweek, then heavy rain from
offshore hurricane to end of week.
Greater New York-New Jersey: Clear and warm to start, then
moderately heavy rain and cooler for remainder of week.
Middle Atlantic Coastal: Week begins clear and pleasant, then
some rain; end of week clear and cooler.
Southeast Coastal-Piedmont: Mostly clear and hot all week ex
cept for light ram inland about midweek.
Florida: Rain to start in central and south, then mostly clear
to end of week.
Upstate & Western N.Y.-Toronto & Montreal: Week begins clear
