Mr. Talbert is a Chemical Engineering graduate of Texas A & M University, a member of American Men of Science, Who's Who in the East, American Chemical Society, a marketing lec turer, Rotarian of Syracuse, N.Y., and past hospital board member and Com munity Chest Board Chairman.
