ORGANIC NEWS
Diatomaceous earth, a fossil shell flour (named
Perma Guard) kills all kinds of garden and field bugs,
alfalfa and granary weevils (use on grain on entry)
termites, you name it, by puncturing and dehydration,
rather than poison. It is a mineral, good for the soil,
plants and animals. Don’t poison your livestock and
family with poison sprays. Dust or spray with Perma
Guard. Same company also makes an outstanding
septic tank activator and drain line cleaner. Works
where others don’t.
Agriserum is proving good, - bigger, healthier, more
bug and blight free crops at less cost, more protein,
and the second year people notice soil works easier and
they come for it if I don’t deliver.
Plant vegetables. Markets are good. More organic
markets are preparing, including one on Rt. 30,
starting in July, beside several Pbila. markets. Turn
that worn out hayfield or grain field into good organic
food and'recover your cattle loss. It will sell. I have
other organic fertilizer if you need it, including mineral
fertilizer. Healthy soil and food will become really
appreciated soon if not now, when the prophecied
pestilances and famines come to this land. Vegetables
pay better than buying a lot of high priced stock feed
even if you have to sell vegetables at auctions.
The following should do and sell good this fall, -
cabbage, beets, carrots, rutabagoes, parsnips, kale,
broccoli, lettuce, turnips, squash, pumpkins, celery,
cauliflower and more. Have organic order for 150 head
cauliflower and 1000 stalks green celery per week plus
other vegetables.
