Sharpen Up Your Forage
Harvesting”, and an in
vitation to a forage har
vester service clinic-field
demonstration.
Farmers have from now
until July 31, 1974, to turn in
• their census report. Owner of
the oldest forage harvester
still in regular use will be
announced at the field
demonstration. The owner of
the oldest Fox Forage
Harvester will be entered in
a regional contest.
Each of six regional
winners will be given an
expense-paid trip to Ap
pleton, Wisconsin, where the
national winner will be
determined. Winners will go
lake trout fishing on Green
Lake, Wisconsin’s deepest
lake, and take a tour of the
Fox Forage Harvester plant.
The fanner who owns and
reports the oldest Fox
Forage Harvester still in
regular use and field
working condition will be
given a new 1974 model 900
Fox Forage Harvester, with
a choice of one-row com
head or hay pick-up head, in
even trade for his old Fox
machine. This old Fox will
be exhibited at farm
progress shows this fall. Age
of machine will be deter
mined by factory serial
number.
