All members engaged in softball and volleyball before the meeting. Roll call was taken and reports were given. County Council representative Gary Brubaker reminded the club of the Roller Skating Party to be held on June 11, at Overlook. The cost will be $1.50. The next meeting will be held at the New Holland Park. This will be an ice cream party. Chester County will be guests at the party. Also that night the club will pick the Junior and Senior Queen to represent the club. The nominations are as follows: In the Junior division; Judy Zimmerman, Sandy Erb, Sarah Brubaker, Diane Gish, Debbie Greider and Linda Martin. In the Senior Division: Chrts Erb, Cathy Brubaker, Donna Bear, Donna Nissley, Debra Kreider, find Anne Martin. Tim Good presented a demonstration on showmanship at the meeting. News Reporter Ken Brubaker Penn 4-H Manor Club The Clashing Thimbles 4-H club met at Penn Manor High School. The meeting started by the showing of the 4-H Awamess Team film. New officers elected are: Linda Sickman, president; Sue Shuer, vice president; Jeannette Bauman, secretary; Sandra Alexich, treasurer; Karen Breneman, news reporter; Lynn Shuer, song leader. ' Mrs. Warfel, leader read some sewing tips. The projects were discussed and books given out. The next meeting will be June 19 at 8:30 a.m. News Reporter, Karen Breneman Aryshire Jersey Brown Swiss The Ayrshire, Jersey, Brown Swiss 4-H Club held their montly meeting on Monday, June 10, at the home of William Aaron. Under the supervision of the club leaders, members participated in a fitting demonstration, and were reminded that the 4-H Round-up will be held on July 23 at the Guernsey Barn. It was decided by the club members to hold a box social at the October meeting. The next meeting will be held on July 8 at Masonic Homes, Elizabethtown.
