and 6 rooms oh second floor, large basement area with
several rooms. Basement area was used in past as
living quarters, commode & shower in basement, also
entrance to connecting cave. This house has 3
fireplaces, slate roof, good water supply. Also frame
house with asbestos siding with 5 rooms & bath,
cemented basement, large old mill bldg, constructed of
stone & frame. This bldg, has 3 floors and basement
area. Other bldgs, on farm consist of tobacco shed,
garage, chicken house & other out bldgs., silo'. This
farm has good road frontage on both sides of state
highway with 2 separate streams of water crossing
through farm, very good rich fanning land. This farm
could be used in various ways and must be seen to be
