Notion News
This spring one of the
notions companies will be
marketing a tubing tape. The
tape is a yellow filament
with adhesive backing that
turns bias tubing, cording,
etc. right-side-out in seconds
... just by pulling. It’s very
strong and resists snagging,
stretching or breaking.
Thin Sweet Peas
Sweet peas planted in
March can be thinned to 8
inches apart, remind Ex
tension horticulturists at The
Pennsylvania State
University. Be sure to train
young growths on a trellis or
arbor. Use small strips of
cloth in tying the stems to
reduce injury.
Dues were set at 25 cents.
