Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon soda
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup boiling water
1 teaspoon vanilla.
Sift together flour, sugar
and cocoa, baking powder
and soda. Add mayonnaise,
boiling water and vanilla.
Bake at 350 for 30 to 35
minutes.

Butterscotch Chiffon
Cake
2V« cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Sift ingredients in a bowl.
In another bowl mix:
2 cups brown sugar (packed)
Vt cup cooking oil
7 unbeaten egg yolks
% cup cold water
2 teaspoons vanilla
Beat 7 egg whites and a
half teaspoon cream of
tartar. Stir whites and cake
mix together. Add 1 cup
chopped walnuts if desired.
Bake in an ungreased tube
pan at 325 degree for 65 to 70
minutes.

Frosting
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons flour
V* pound margarine
2 eggs beaten
1 cup crushed pineapple,
drained
Mix all ingredients for
cake. Beat 4 minutes and
pour into a 13x9x2 cake pan.
Bake 30 minutes or until
finished at 350 degrees.
Heat frosting until thick
stirring constantly. Put
warm frosting on warm
cake.

2 cups diced rhubarb
2 tablespoons flour
Topping
1 cup flour
Mt cup brown sugar
1-3 cup margarine
Put rhubarb mixture into
an unbaked pie shell. Cover
with topping. Bake at 400
degrees for 10 minutes,
Continue baking at 350
degrees for 30 minutes, or
until done.

1 10 oz. package frozen
raspberries
IV< cups vanilla wafer
crumbs
Vi cup melted butter
Vz cup butter
1 Vz cups 10X sugar
2 eggs
Vi teaspoon vanilla
Vi teaspoon almond extract
Vi cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
whipped cream for garnish
Defrost raspberries.
Combine vanilla wafer
crumbs and Vt cup melted
butter. Press into bottom of

Cream Vt cup butter and
powdered sugar. Add eggs

Bring this to a boil then
pour in unbaked pie shell.
