The affair marked the
spring kickoff for activities
reorganization of the county
clubs.
A feature of the program
was a talk by Donna Ben
netch, Newmanstown,
Lebanon County dairy
princess. She was introduced
by Kirby Horst, Newman
stown, president of the Cedar
Crest Dairy Club.

It 4-H NEWS *
county agent, announced
that he has arranged for a
series of training sessions for
the local 4-H dairy judging
team.
The training sessions will
commence April 9 in the
Lebanon County
Agricultural Extension
offices in the Municipal
Building.
The team will compete in
the Penn State dairy ex
position in May with other
judging teams from all over
the commonwealth.
A magic show was
presented by Dale Gingrich,
Palmyra. Group singing was
led by Rose Brandt, Jon
stown, a 4-H member. Other
members participating in
the program included
Eugene Hoffman Jr.,
Newmanstown; Jane
Bomgardner, Annville;
Rebecca Miller, Myerstown.
Adult leaders Mr. and Mrs.
Irvin Horst, Mr. and Mrs.
Arthur Krall, Howard Miller
and Roy Miller made
arrangements for the affair.
