If you’ve been putting up with tough weeds
that other herbicides fail to control, this
is the year to put Banvel herbicide into
your operation and get the extra bushels
you’ve been losing.
Weeds such as wild buckwheat, smartweed,
knawel, mayweed, corn chamomile, corn
and cow cockle, dog fennel, gromwells,
have gradually become major pests because
other herbicides encouraged their spread in
two ways. First, by controlling other less
resistant weeds, they removed the natural
competition to those they did not control;
and secondly, they failed to control the
tough ones. BANVEL does an excellent job
of controlling those mentioned above.
BANVEL herbicide can also be tank-mixed
with either MCPA or 2,4-D to give you
even wider spectrum control.
On fall-seeded wheat, spray BANVEL
immediately after winter dormancy, and
before wheat begins to joint.
Whether you apply BANVEL yourself, or
use a custom operator, be sure that it is
applied strictly according to the BANVEL
