Farm Electronics
Program Planned
The Agricultural Extension Service of Lebanon County is
sponsoring a unique science program for building and
electrical sales personnel and farmers and homeowners
Donald Daum, Extension Agricultural Engineer and Mr
David Ball, an electronics specialist from Allentown, Pa.j
will show how space age technology is being brought into our
everyday lives. The place is Room 12, Lebanon Municipal
Building at 7:30 P.M., Wednesday, February 20.
Most of todays farm equipment and many of the tools and
appliances used in the home and on the farm employ some
kind of solid state controls. Electronic technology has
become a part of everyone’s life, so an understanding of how
they work and ways in which they can make living easier
should be available to everyone.
The program will feature a demonstration of some elec
tronic controls and exhibits of the newest adaptation of solid
state science.
