To keep the water
reservoir of your portable
humidifier free of odors and
micro-organisms, it’s
necessary to remove the
reservoir and wash it in soap
and water frequently. If
there is a filter, clean it
according to manufacturer’s
directions. During a long
hard winter, it might be
necessary to replace the
filter. To keep the cabinet of
the humidifier looking at
tractive, sponge it with soap
or detergent solution and
rinse with a damp cloth.
Then dry with a soft, clean
cloth.
