Butz and representatives of the Farm and Industrial Equipment Institute, Chicago, and the National Farm & Power Equipment Dealers Association, St. Louis. The poster will be distributed by the farm machinery industry to dealers for display. The ways suppested to save energy are: (1) tune up engines to save fuel and increase power; (2) reduce tillage to save up to two gallons of fuel per acre; (3) combine field operations to save another two incurred by 4-H adult leaders in attending contests, training courses and other 4-H sponsored events. This includes meals, lodging and transportation ex penses while away from home. Cash contributions and con tributions in kind, such as equipment, paints and other supplies. The amount to be deducted is the fair market value at the time the gift was made.
