The LANCASTER COUNTY FARMERS ASSOCIATION believes that farmers
should not be taxed out of business. That's why we led the battle
here for voter approval of the "Clean and Green" amendment to
the Pennsylvania Constitution. Farmland can now be taxed
according to its farming value, rather than its value as potential
