scheduled for 10:00 a.m. with
Ephrata Mayor Lloyd Gerhart
cutting the ribbon to officially
welcome Goodwill to Ephrata.
The store is the second in a
planned series of Goodwill retail
outlets, and is located at the route
222 and North State Street in
tersection, behind the" Acme
Store,
Discount items for sale in the
store will include clothing and
other textiles, shoes, refinished
and reupholstered furniture,
household goods, and toys.
Door prizes and balloons will be
given away as part of the Grand
Opening ceremonies.
Store hours of the Ephrata
Goodwill Store will be 9:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m., except Monday and
Friday 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Other Lancaster County
Goodwill stores are located at 28
West King Street in Lancaster
and at 39 Market Square in
Manheim. Goodwill’s,
rehabilitation workshop and
plant is located at 1048 North
Plum Street in Lancaster.
Proceeds from sales at the
various Goodwill stores go
toward paying the wages of the
handicapped workers at Goodwill
Industries of Lancaster County.
