All of these Consumer Action Panels have been created to deal with complaints that have not been attended to through regular channels. The first one, the Major Applicance CAP, is now two years old, and has received an award for outstanding achievement in furthering consumer action in the mar ketplace from the Council of Better Business Bureaus.
