On a chilly, busy day, there’s
nothing better than a hearty,
quick-fix soup for satisfying
appetites. Melt Vi cup (V 2 stick)
butter in a saucepan, then add Vi
cup chopped onion and IV2 cups
shredded carrots. Cover and
simmer 10-15 minutes. Stir in 1
can (lOV2 ounces) condensed
cream of potato soup, 2 cups
milk, V 2 teaspoon salt, Vi
teaspoon celery salt and pepper
to taste. Heat to serving tem
perature and fill the bowls. Pass
bread or crackers with butter.
