New Holland Plans Plant in Nebraska Sperry New Holland has an nounced plans to begin con struction of two buildings on a 150-acre site purchased recently from the Lexington (Neb.) Council for Industrial Development. The site is located on the east side of Highway 283 just south of the Dawson County Fairgrounds. According to Thomas Beaver, company vice president and general manager, site preparation for the first building, a 45,000-square-foot structure designed to accommodate shipping and related activities, will begin immediately. However, Beaver said the facility will cover ap proximately 200,000 square feet and construction of it will begin late this year. It should be complete sometime in the Fall of 1974.
