Daily Distributive-Less than
Carlot Meat Trade:
Compared with Wednesday:
Prices secondary as demand
extremely narrow at wholesale
levels for all fresh meat. Buyers
not even submitting reasonable
bids and it is apparent that stocks
on hand at retail are fully ample
to meet over the counter
movement. It is highly probable
that clearance will be incomplete
prior to Holiday weekend for
beef, lamb and pork.
