Department of Agriculture’s Commodity Ex change Authority (CEA) recently announced a proposed regulation which would shift from CEA to contract markets the collection and publication of daily trading information. The change under con sideration would require contract markets to assemble and report to CEA daily volume of trading and open contract data currently being reported separately by each clearing member. Factors such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, heavy cigarette smoking and abnormal electrocardiogram can point to a person who is most likely to develop heart disease.
