Berks County Dairy Princess Contestants -
Seven young women will be in
competition for the Berks County
Dairy Princess title when the
annual pageant is held Saturday
evening, August 11 at the Kutz
town Fair Grounds
Miss Rose Mary Winkelbauer,
Pennsylvania Dairy Princess,
will crown the new Princess
Miss Winkelbauer, crowned
Pennsylvania’s Dairy Princess
last September, is from Erie,
where she is attending college
One of 11 children, she is
presently employed with the
State Department of Agriculture
in the Bureau of Rural Affairs
and Consumer Services
The contestants for this years
contest are;
Sandra Bond, daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Stanley Bond, Kemp
ton. Eighteen year old Sandra is
presently a student at Lehigh
County Community College,
majoring in Accounting. She has
been a 4-H member for nine years
and is now a leader. She is an
active member of New Bethel
Union Church.
