Stir in 2 unbeaten eggs, 3 tablespoons flour, 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon chopped chives, 14 teaspoon chopped parsley, a pinch of garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste. If the mixture looks too liquid, add l tablespoon flour. Drop the batter on an oilea griddle or skillet as for small pancakes and cook them until they are browned. Turn the pancakes and brown them on the other side Serve the pancakes hot or cold.
