Closing prices slaughter steers

cent, feeders 15 percent Fed
cattle showed considerable
stability the forepart of week as
most interests needing cattle for
immediate requirements:
however, trading came under
pressure at midweek as supplies
proved ample to meet reduced
slaughter quotas in many plants
and most buying interests were
additionally cautious and
selective on the late rounds since
the finished product will hit
distribution channels during the
upcoming 4th of July Holiday
week. The decline in live prices
was eased m many cases by
rather liberal waterfills resulting
from hot humid weather.

When you cut open a
cantaloupe or honeydew
melon and find it’s not ripe,
just wrap it tightly in alu
minum foil and leave it out
of the refrigerator for a
couple of days.
Canned foods may be re

pick up a metallic taste
which is harmless but un
