treasurer; Lloyd Hoover,
chaplain, Larry Weber, sentinel;
Don Weiler, reporter, and Art
Horst, student advisor.
The second place team was
from Northern Lebanon County.
Penn Manor’s Bob Buckwalter
topped all other entrants in meat
judging Jim Felpel, EphraH,
also-got a gold medal for his third
place finish, and Barry Wissler,
Ephrata, qualified for a bronze.
Land judging was another gold
mine for the area Glen Reinhart
Solanco, was the top land judge in
the state Other gold medal
winners were Lewis Good,
Garden Spot, Richard Groff,
Ephrata, and David Young, Mark
Hogenwater and Jeff Glackin, all
of Solanco
First place in the state for
small gas engine repair went to
an Ephrata team of John Weaver
and Dale Weber They beat out 21
