Silo Tax Relief
The Senate Tuesday passed 47-
2 and sent to Gov. Shapp
legislation exempting farm silos
used for processing and storage
of animal feed from county
property tax assessments.
Similar exemptions are now
granted to machinery, tools,
appliances and storage areas for
industrial equipment.
