higher.
Mostly moderate supplies of
fresh meat classes meeting
moderate demand. Beef rounds
moving best with demand for
rough cuts less urgent than for
past two weeks. Beef chucks
under pressure and fully $2 lower
for the week and it is apparent
that good volume these delivered
direct to chain stores along with
other primal cuts in beef and
pork. Most stores will obviously
be well stocked into next week.
