The new officers will be in ducted on May 1 Other business discussed at the meeting was a report from Robert Stoltzfus on the Owen J Roberts FFA banquet Terry Murray gave a BOAC (Building Our American Com munity) report He presented Mr Hutman of the Berks Reclamation Center who talked about paper and glass recycling He also mentioned “Keep America Beautiful Day” on April 12, when schools who had the most tonnage of paper and glass won a trophy Lloyd Simmers gave a farm safety report He said that farm safety pamphlets had been received and suggested that quantities of several be ordered for distribution for local farmers Robert Evans gave a com mittee report on the orange sale Four-hundred-filty cases have been ordered, some of which is still available Terry Murray moved that a committee of three be appointed by the president to look into a chicken Barbecue this summer The motion passed The com mittee will consist of Ronald Smoker, Robert Stoltzfus and Doug Yoder The meeting was adjourned with volleyball and basketball in the gym and refreshments in the vo-ag shop Lloyd Simmers Chapter Reporter To start the day with extra protein power, prepare cooked cereal according to package directions but substitute milk for water 501, turn east at Country House Fredericksburg.
