Gun-Coin Show
at Lafayette
Fire-Hall on
March 24-25
The Lancaster Muzzle Loading
Rifle Association will hold its 14th
Gun and Coin Show at the
Lafayette Fire Hall, Lincoln
Highway, east of Lancaster on
Saturday, Mar. 24, and Sunday,
Mar. 25. The hours are from 8
am. to 5 p.m Saturday, and 9
am. to 3 p m Sunday
Featured this year will be
Pennsylvania (Kentucky) rifle
making, barrel making, and
bullet molding Dick Brooks, of
Bambndge, Pa’s famous barrel
rifling bench will be in operation
Bob Fulton of Conestoga, Pa.,
will be constructing a
reproduction of a Pennsylvania
Rifle
Bullets for these rifles will be
cast during the show and given to
the spectators. There will be over
forty dealers and exhibitors
displaying old and unusual
fire arms dating back to the 16th
Century. Revolutionary, and
Civil War weapons will be on
display and for sale
In addition, there will be guns
from the old West as well as
hunting firearms, bullet molds,
powder flasks, powder horns, and
other accuderments.
American and foreign coins,
and currency of all sizes and
descriptions will be featured by
the com exhibitors It is expected
that there will be coin and
currency from the Revolutionary
Period, as well as modern items
of interest to the numismatist
