Society 29 Farm Women Society 29 ob served “Cupids Nite” recently by attending a hockey game with their husbands at the Hershey Sports Arena. The Hershey Bears showed their determination in winning against the Boston Bruins from the start. The final score saw Hershey winning 4-1. Following the game all enjoyed a time of refreshment at the home of Mr and Mrs. Elvin Brenneman Cohostesses for the evening were Mrs. Jay Bixler, Mrs Donald Drager, Mrs. Eugene Wenger, Mrs. David Becker and Mrs. Ronald Ober. Two persons correctly estimated the exact weight of a live, Yorkshire Cross hog from the farm of Titus Lefever, Manheim RD4, at 198.9 pounds. The two successful winners were Janice Peters, Manheim RD4, and Franklin Kreider, W. High St., Manheim. They each won you guessed it a hog. Not bad for a young farm girl and a former livestock hauler
