primitive area of farming, where

the water over the crops with a
kind of shovel, with a 10-foot
handle on it
Bankok itself has very modern
stores and hotels On the 14th of
November we departed Bankok
for Hong Kong
On November IS we went sight
seeing, which included several

Hong Kong on Japanese'Airlines
for Tokoyo changed planes m
Tokoyo to a Boeing 747 There
were 361 passengers on board

Here, we left the group and
stayed m California for two
weeks We visited friends in
Pasadena and Palm Springs
During the two weeks we
managed to see quite a bit of
California We went to
Disneyland and this was the
climax to our trip
When we arrived home we had
a new grandson, and he was glad
to see us'
