A series on cattle nutrition will
be held Tuesday evenings The
schedule is March 13, “How the
Rumen Works”, March 20,
“Feeds and Balancing Rations”,
March 27, “Feeding the
Aniamls ”
Farm Management is the topic
for Thursday evenings. The dates
and topics are- March 15, “In
come Tax”; March 22, “Com
mercial Record Keeping
Systems”, March 29, ‘‘Soil
Conservation.”
The cattle nutrition classes will
be taught by James White, a
former dairy science specialist at
Penn State now teaching
agriculture at Elizabethtown
High School The farm
management topics will be
taught by Elvin Hess, chairman

a full-year program of adult
