Outside Southern California, supplies tended to liberal proportions. In most areas large are ample with extra large 50 50 49 slightly excessive. Medium are in better balance but still ample. Except for scattered areas, demand for loose eggs in generally dull. Carton orders are slow to fair despite scattered retail promotions. Breaking activity continues light due to the wide variation between raw and finished product values. NORTH ATLANTIC Un dertone weak. Cartoned trade dull despite several retail promotions. Some distributors are becoming free sellers in an effort to increase movement. Wholesale inquiry light. Jumbos and smalls in fair balance, mediums fully ample.
