Speakers at the four-day conference include Dr. William M. Smith, Penn State professor of rural sociology; Dr. Hope Daughtery, of the U.S. Depart ment of Agriculture Extension Service, Washington, D.C.; and Father Bernard Petrina, of Bloomsburg State College. selected and entered for judging.
