Leadership Conference Attended By Chester County 4-H'ers Over 230 4-H Teen Leaders from the Northeastern States including seven from Chester County, took part m the Nor theast States 4-H Teen Agricultural Leadership Con ference held recently at the National 4-H Center, Washington, DC.
