The cows and their records are: Armagh Maview Jewel 5299764, a nine-year-old, produced 20,753 pounds of milk and 857 pounds of butterfat in 365 days; Blossomelle Golden Dayling 6923324, two-years-old, 15,077 pounds of milk and 633 pounds of milk, 633 pounds of butterfat in 365 days; Blossomelle Little Sport 6923330, two-years-old, 18,873 pounds of milk, 678 pounds of butterfat in 365 days; Blossomelle Silly Swinger 7154066, two-years-old, 20,626 pounds of milk, 709 pounds of butterfat in 365 days. The cows made their records under Dairy Herd Improvement Registry (DHIR) rules, a program that incorporates the DHIA records of Registered Holstein cows into the National Association’s breed im provement programs.
