February 5. 1972 28 FFA Record Book Winners Homed More than 50 awards were given at Pequea Valley High School Wednesday night in the annual project record book evaluation contest open to all Lancaster County FFA mem bers. The local winners are eligible for the state contest which is being held at Penn State. Henry Givler, area agricultural consultant, said the contest winners are based on efficiency and accuracy of the records kept in connection with their individual livestock and crop enterprises undertaken as part of their FFA programs. The judging was done under the Danish system with prizes of gold, silver and bronze eligible for state competition. None or more than one of each of these awards could be made in each class depending on the evaluation of the entries by the judges.
